As creatures of habit, we seek optimal environmental conditions of aesthetic sensibility and satisfying sensations that are expressed through possible places of escape. Color Field is a response to the desert landscape that explores the spontaneous joy of being lost.

Xico, Inc. is a non-profit multidisciplinary arts organization created in 1975 by a group of local Arizona Chicano and Native American artists. Their mission is to promote Latino and Native American culture through the arts.
